Releve® is a patient use intravaginal support device intended to provide structural support during toileting.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Shipping

We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at carrier calculated rates shown at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of this product, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

If your device arrives defective or damaged, please contact us promptly at info@relevesupport.com. We may request photos or video to evaluate the issue. If confirmed defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Limited Warranty

Surgin warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only upon initial receipt of the product and does not extend to normal wear, misuse, improper cleaning, modification, or accidental damage.

No other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

7. Proper Use

The product must be used only in accordance with the Instructions for Use provided.

Improper use, modification, or failure to follow instructions may result in injury and void any applicable warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Surgin Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
