Shipping Policy

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays. For same-day shipping, orders must be received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

To ensure discretion, Releve will be shipped in a plain white box with no markings.

We are unable to fulfill orders outside of the USA at this time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Customers are also required to accept delivery of the shipment. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or the customer’s failure to accept the package, the customer may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees or product return costs.

International Orders via Freight Forwarders

Releve is a U.S. FDA-registered medical device and is not approved for sale or use outside of the United States. We do not authorize or support the use of third-party freight forwarding services to route products internationally.

Any customer who chooses to use a freight forwarding service does so at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for:

  • Ensuring the product complies with all applicable regulations in the destination country.
  • Any issues related to customs, delays, damage, or import restrictions.
  • The lack of warranty, support, or return eligibility outside the U.S.

Orders delivered to freight forwarders are considered final. We do not monitor or control where these shipments are ultimately sent and are not liable for any consequences of unauthorized international use.
