Because Releve is a personal medical device, returns are accepted within 30 days only if the product is unopened and unused. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened devices cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your device arrives damaged or is not functioning as intended, please contact us promptly and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
