Shipping Policy

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at carrier calculated rates shown at checkout. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days excluding weekends and holidays. For same-day shipping, orders must be received by 3:00 PM MST.

Releve ships in a discreet box with no external product markings to protect your privacy.

We are unable to fulfill orders outside of the USA at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders via Freight Forwarders

Releve is a U.S. FDA-registered medical device and is not approved for sale or use outside of the United States. We do not authorize or support the use of third-party freight forwarding services to route products internationally.

Any customer who chooses to use a freight forwarding service does so at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for:

• Ensuring the product complies with all applicable regulations in the destination country.
• Any issues related to customs, delays, damage, or import restrictions.
• The lack of warranty, support, or return eligibility outside the U.S.

Orders delivered to freight forwarders are considered final. We do not monitor or control where these shipments are ultimately sent and are not liable for any consequences of unauthorized international use.
